Plan. Plan.. Plan… This is something that will creep up on you in a heartbeat. Eating healthy isn’t cheap, but if you plan, you can save some money. But more than just money, it helps you to lose weight.
We live in a fast pace world, but we have to plan. In order to avoid fast food, and horrible food choices, writing down a menu for the week will help guide you.

Writing down your menu will also help when you go grocery shopping. I use to go to Wal-Mart everyday and get what I needed for dinner. That adds up! I would get what I need plus things that I saw that I might WANT! Make a grocery list and go by it .
