Spartacus 2.0 “Official Workout!” (Home & Gym)
The Men’s Health Spartacus “Blood and Sand” routine was such a hit that I just had to demonstrate for you the next installment. This routine will rip you apart from head to toe and leave you wanting more! This routine can be completed in under an hour and you can do it ANYWHERE! Let’s see your inner WARRIOR!!
Spartacus 2.0 “Official Workout!” (Home & Gym)
Each exercise is a “station.” At each station, do as many reps as you can in 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, and move to the next station. Go until you’ve done two circuits, then rest 2 minutes, and do another 2 circuits. You’re done!

(0:31)- Routine Sets and Reps
Perform the exercise for 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Move to the next exercise
Do two circuits, rest 2 minutes, repeat

(2:06)- Offset Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

(2:51)- Single-Arm Dumbbell Swing

(4:11)- Single-Leg, Single-Arm Underhand-Grip Dumbbell Row

(5:33)- Dumbbell Chop

(6:11)- Plank Walk-Up to Pushup

(6:43)- Rotational Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlift
