We have all heard it before, but how many of us actually eat breakfast EVERYDAY?
Breakfast is vital for you body. You have to wake up you body to get it started, and it sets your day. Also eating breakfast helps with weight loss. Breakfast also helps you concentrate during the day. It hard to work when you are hungry or thinking about food. Also we need energy for the long day ahead of us.
- french toast, waffles, or pancakes (try wheat or whole-grain varieties)
- cold cereal and milk
- hot cereal, such as oatmeal or cream of wheat (try some dried fruit or nuts on top)
- whole-grain toast, bagel, or English muffin with cheese
- yogurt with fruit or nuts
- fruit smoothie, such as a strawberry smoothie
