Bicep Burner

Quick 20-30 minute routine to increase you bicep SIZE and STRENGTH!

3 exercises
3 sets per exercise
8-12 reps for exercises 1 & 2
5-10 reps for the 3rd exercise
60-90 second rest between sets

(0:30)- Routine Sets & Reps

(1:02)- Inside-Grip EZ-Bar Curl

(1:56)- Double-Dumbbell Preacher Curl

(3:00)- Concentration Curls
