Treadmill Cardio-Agility Routine!

Treadmills can be a lot more fun if you use a bit of your imagination. This routine will challenge your agility as well as your cardio endurance as you will begin to utilize muscles that normally would not be worked on the treadmill. Be sure to start off slow and be safe!

6 stations
30 seconds per station
12 minutes total

(0:59)- Jog

(1:43)- Side Shuffle (Left)

(2:06)- Side Shuffle (Right)

(2:17)- Reverse Jog

(2:48)- Mountain Climbers
(3:26)- Bear Crawl
