Modern Warfare 3 has to be the most anticipated game of the year, so it’s only natural somebody is going to leak something about it. None of these perks have been confirmed by Activision or any of the other companies involved with the project. This leaked information comes from the same source that brought the first major MW3 leak, so this might be a trustable source.

The first major news about the new MW3 perks is that they might be introducing the concept of entire team perks. Meaning, instead of having a certain ability for yourself to use, it is available for your entire team. Two examples of perks are being introduced are one that let’s your team regenerate faster and another that reduces the effects of flashbangs. The only official thing known is that a stopping power team perk will not be available.
There are questions about what is meant by “team” perks. According to a few gaming blogs, some people believe they mean clan by the word team, meaning whether or not you and your friends are playing the same game, you will all receive the same perk. This would be tracked via Call of Duty Elite. Although the idea is good, I believe this is unlikely. It is more likely that “team” refutes to your in-game teammates.
These Team perks wasn’t the only leaked information. There is also a list of 5 perks that serve individual value to your player.
Blind Eye
This could also be known as the anti-killstreak perk. Basically your player will be impervious to most killstreaks like choppers and sentry guns. Only downfall is that you are still open to enemy UAVs. The pro version of this perk allows you to shoot down air combat faster. Your rockets will lock on faster and your gunshots will do extra damage on vehicles.
Assassin
This perk is the other half to Blind Eye. While Blind Eye will protect you from choppers, Assassin allows you to not show up on any enemy UAVs. Not only tyat, but you also won’t appear in any thermal or heartbeat sensors. Basically you will be invisible to everything but the naked eye. The pro version makes you invulnerable to counter UAVs and EMPs and it might even make your name disappear when an opponent drags the crosshairs over you.
Point Guard
Do you get mad about getting points for an assist and not a kill? Upset about not being able to complete that killstreak because someone keeps taking your kills? Well Point Guard is right for you. Every 2 assists that you make will count as one kill. It won’t show up on the score list as so but it will count towards your killstreak. So get 2 kills and 2 assists and you got yourself a UAV.
Dead Silence
Assassin makes you invisible. Well Dead Silence makes you, well, dead silent. Your opponents won’t hear your footprints, your reloading, etc. You will be able to sneak around unheard and probably make a few gamers angry.
Recon
Details about this perk are still unknown, but it seems that it will upgrade your radar. Maybe this can be used to counter other perks like Assassin, which makes you virtually invisible to radar.
