Ever spent endless hours playing a video game only to get to the final boss battle and get demolished? No matter how hard you try, you only get halfway through and end up back at square one. Here’s a list of boss battles that will crush your dreams and probably end up giving you nightmares.
Final Fantasy 7
If you have the time to play through this excruciating long game, you will meet the Ruby/Emerald weapon. Even if you were at level 99, you can die instantly from one hit from this guy. Its almost nothing having a sword that can basically kick your own butt for this boss battle. Square Enix really knows how to bring a players spirit down. Just keep a gang of that Hero Drink in handy. You’re going to need it.
Diablo 2
Diablo 2 is questionably the best strategy/RPG game out there. Ask a player of this game and they’ll tell you Baal is the worst boss to go against. He multiplies himself faster than a jack rabbit on a treadmill making it nearly impossible for you to even catch a break. Not to mention getting caught by his mana drain will probably make you want to give up and play something else. It’s like having an argument with your girlfriend. You’re not winning this one.
Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts seems like a simple children’s RPG with fun loving characters from everyones favorite Disney movies. Until you get to Sephiroth. This is the boss of bosses. One hit from him and it can set your player down to 1hp (hit points). How in the world is one supposed to beat a guy like this? Basically, if you don’t build up your HP throughout the entire game, or you’re not going to be beating this guy.
Shinobi
Not the original Shinobi but the Playstation 2 version. If you look passed the terrible camera angles this game becomes highly addictive. Running on walls, killing bad guys and throwing ninja stars is always fun. But if you have the luck, or the patience, to get all the way to the final boss battle, your going to find yourself in quite a pickle. The final boss is near hellish on any difficulty. Try not to die over 50 times.
Mushihime-sama Futari
This game isn’t even fun. It’s just ridiculously impossible to beat. When you get to the boss of this game, Queen Larsa, you will probably be there trying to beat her for literally hours if not days. Queen Larsa has to be most difficult boss in the history of video games. She shoots out a barrage of little purple bullets that fill up the whole screen. The WHOLE screen. Good luck trying to beat that one.
