It is a fact that adding cardio fitness to your workout will help you live longer. Cardio also helps to lose weight. People are quick to try quick fix fads to lose weight and drink diet drinks that could hurt them more then help them. But the secret to losing weight is Cardio. When you try to lose those stubborn pounds, add more cardio to workout. Of course none of us wants to add more than we already to do our workout, but it helps; and to know that I could live longer, thanks to Cardio, helps a whole lot too.

Here are a few tips about cardio

  • Cardio workouts should be done three to five times a week
  • Cardio workouts should last at least 20 minutes
  • Longer cardio workout help build endurance
  • Cardio workouts burn calories and help lose weight
  • Cardio workouts reduce stress
  • Cardio workouts helps make a strong heart
  • Cardio workouts helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and high blood pressure
