I’ve been a PC gamer for some time now, and during that time I have gone through my fair share of headsets. I would have to say I’ve chewed through at least 15 or more headsets over the years. Mostly due to me breaking them, finding them too uncomfortable, or just looking for something that sounds better. Well I think it’s safe to say I’ve finally bought my last gaming headset. The Logitech G35 Surround Sound Headset.

This headset does so much! Not only is it 7.1 surround sound and extremely comfortable but it also has customizable keys to control music, real time voice morphing and other cool features. All of which is controlled from a control panel that comes with the headset. Very simple to install, and even easier to use. It also has a convenient mute button readily available if you don’t want your friend to hear your chowing down on Doritos.

Final Thoughts:

As I said, this will probably be the last headset I buy for a while. They do have a wireless version, and I may consider it someday, but I’ve always been a fan of hardwired products.

This headset has easily elevated my gameplay in FPS games on multiplayer servers. It’s amazing how well I can hear someone sneaking up on me or jumping out of a window. This headset picks up everything. The noise cancelling headset is truly awesome; I sometimes put the headset on just to tune out my girlfriend.

If you’re looking for a top of the line headset I highly recommend this headset.
