Wii U to launch Holiday 2012

It’s been reported that Nintendo will be launching the Wii U later this year during the holiday season. Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata announced the time period during a press conference that was held earlier today. This conference was to speak about Nintendo’s forecasted plans for what they originally had planned for sales for all of their products.

They also hope to release lots of major titles in the hopes of returning to being profitable as they once were. It seems like the Wii U is the best way to do it. This pretty much makes its certain that we can expect to see some of the launch titles and final specs for the Wii U at E3 later this year. Personally, I’m looking forward to the new console and will expect great things from it when it is released. Well, how do you all feel about the Wii U? Are you excited, annoyed, or you just don’t care? Post your thoughts below.
