June 2012, in Benton, LA you could smell competition in the air. As the boy play Mario Kart. With the pedal to the medal, and all of the trash taking that you can image, this round turned out fun.
I love when my boys think that they are winning and then realize they are in last place. The look on their face is PRICELESS. They want to cry, but of course you can’t cry in front of a bunch of girls. Then all you hear is we need a rematch. This week I had the opportunity to show them what true sportsmanship was all about. It was tough lesson to learn, but they will be able to use that lesson in the future.
These are the times that I love. One of the best enjoyments of my summer.
