Ratchet in HD!

The Ratchet and Clank Collection has just been announced via the PlayStation Blog that fans of the dynamic duo will be coming back from the PS2 era on August 28. This collection will retail for $29.99 and feature three of the iconic duos games. The games included are Ratchet and Clank classics: Ratchet and Clank, Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando, and Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal. All games have Trophy and 3D support (in 720p). If you didn’t get a chance to play the online portion in  Up Your Arsenal now you do.

Since, we have been so patient according to James Stevenson, they are going to be giving us exclusive access for the Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time demo. As another added bonus for getting the Ratchet and Clank Collection you will get a special Ratchet and Clank 10th anniversary avatar! Even though it might not seem like much. It is well worth the wait as we are getting to play some awesomeness from the past. This is just icing on the cake as we await Ratchet and Clank Full Frontal Assault! Mark your calendars August 28 is not that far away.
