ARM-ageddon! Get HUGE ARMS For The Summer!

Are you Gamers looking to gain some SERIOUS muscle on those biceps and triceps?  This Gamer workout follows a super strict TEMPO and rep range that is intended to do just that.  You will feel a pump like never before Nation!  Summer is here and pretty soon you will be finding all kinds of excuses to point to which way the beach is!

  •   TEMPO: 2-2-4
  •   10 reps per exercise
  •   Rest 30-60 seconds MAX between sets
  •   3 sets- Biceps
  •   4 sets- Triceps

Biceps

Gamer Workouts(1:13)- Wide-Grip Barbell Curl

Gamer Workouts (2:40)- Single-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Curl

Gamer Workouts (4:12)- Dumbbell Hammer Curl

Triceps

Gamer Workouts (5:45)- Close-Grip Bench Press

 (7:49)- Power Bomb

(9:35)- Standing Reverse Pull-Down

This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout at the GYM.

This Routine Requires:

1.       Barbell
2.       Dumbbells
3.       Bench Press
4.       90* Seat
5.       Cable Machine or Resistance Band
 
List of Exercises:
  • TEMPO: 2-2-4
  • 10 reps per exercise
Biceps (3 sets per exercise)
 
1.       Wide-Grip Barbell Curl
2.       Single-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Curl
3.       Dumbbell Hammer Curl
 
Triceps (4 sets per exercise)
 
1.       Close-Grip Bench Press
2.       Power Bomb
3.       Standing Reverse Pull-Down
 

NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when watching on YouTube.

  •  Rest 30-60 seconds MAX between sets
  • You can change the order of the exercises

Remember, when doing this routine, workout at your OWN intensity.

  • This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many as you can.
  • Perform each biceps exercise for 3 sets & triceps exercise for 4 sets before moving to the next exercise and the workout is finished once you perform the last exercise.
  • This routine can be done 1-2 times a week.
