(1:13)- Wide-Grip Barbell Curl
(2:40)- Single-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Curl
Triceps
(5:45)- Close-Grip Bench Press
(9:35)- Standing Reverse Pull-Down
This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout at the GYM.
This Routine Requires:
1. Barbell 2. Dumbbells 3. Bench Press 4. 90* Seat 5. Cable Machine or Resistance Band List of Exercises:NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when watching on YouTube.
