With school starting back, the calendar on the fridge is now starting to fill up with activities, events, and school functions. With the busy days ahead, why not get fit as a family. As we have said many times before, planning is key. Plan the meals for the week, and plan to exercise together.
Taking the dog for a walk as a family will allow everyone to get some exercise in while enjoying each other. My neighbors enjoy night walks as a family. It’s much cooler at night, and they get to hear about everyone days. It’s the small things that keep everyone connected and moving. Be creative when thinking about things to keep your family moving.
