With the 2012 Olympics finishing up; what better time to train to look like your favorite Olympian? This routine has been designed to push your cardio endurance to the limit and shred that unwanted fat to show everyone that you have what it takes to earn your own GOLD! The Olympics only happen once every 4 years, but your glory will last forever!
• 4 exercises
• 1 minute per exercise
• Little to NO rest between exercises
• Gold- 5 rounds
• Silver- 4 rounds
• Bronze- 3 rounds

This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout for AT HOME, OUTSIDE or at the GYM.
This Routine Requires:
1. Bodyweight
2. Pull-Up Bar
3. Medicine Ball
4. Stopwatch
5. Partner (optional)
List of Exercises:
• Gold- 5 rounds / Silver- 4 rounds / Bronze- 3 rounds
• 1 minute per exercise
1. Handstand Push-Up
2. Hanging Leg-Raise
3. Long Jump
4. Medicine Ball Kick Extension
NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when watching on YouTube.
• Little to NO rest between exercises
• You can change the order of the exercises
Remember, when doing this routine, workout at your OWN intensity.
• This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many as you can.
• This routine can be done 2-3 times a week.
