Sometimes weather can become a problem when you want to exercise outdoors. Either it’s too hot, too cold, too windy, too wet, etc. Whatever your reason may be, there are a few ways to stay in shape at home. Eating healthy, running in place and gaming are all different ways ones could keep fit.
Eat Healthy
Eating healthy is the most important thing for someone to stay healthy because it’s how we get our vitamins and minerals like Iron and Vitamin C. Many people get the impression that working out kills off anything bad you might’ve eaten. While you do burn off things like unwanted fat and the extra salt from salty foods, you’ll still need the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy.

Run In Place
There’s really never any excuse not to run because no matter where you find yourself, there’s always a place to run, even if it’s a home! Running in place might sound weird at first, . but it can burn calories and give you the great cardio workout you might’ve got outdoors. Running in place could also help tone your lower level muscles like your calves and glutens.

Xbox Kinect/PS Move/Nintendo Wii
Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii all have games that will get your body moving and burning off calories. Games such as Just Dance and Zumba Fitness can be found for the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii. Out of experience as a runner, I sweat and end up exhausted the time I’m finished playing. Aside from the fitness, these sorts of games are fun and have great music to dance along to.
