On September 4, 2012, Zen Pinball 2 will be released for Playstation3 and PlayStation Vita systems by Zen Studios, the leader in videogame pinball, according to a recent press release.

Also, a new table will based on a PopCap Games’ hit will accompany the release of Zen Pinball 2 as downloadable content. The table is a mystery for now but will be revealed later this month at PAX Prime. PopCap will have the table available for play in its PAX booth. The table will also be available for Xbox LIVE Arcade for Pinball FX2 on September 5, 2012.

Zen Pinball 2 will feature a host of great new features and updates. For those who have already purchased Zen Pinball or Marvel Pinball, Zen Pinball 2 will be a free update. New users can download the pinball platform for free and try all the different pinballs tables before deciding to purchase.

Additionally, Zen Pinball 2 will allow for free cross-platform play. Any Zen Pinball 2 purchase will entitle gamers to play both the PS3 or PS Vita versions at no additional cost.

According to the press release, Zen Pinball 2 will have the following Key Features:
