Gamer Workout LEG-endary! Build Massive Legs!

Pain and punishment, these are your new best friends that will accompany you during this brutal leg workout! Size is all about volume and there are plenty of reps to go around! Form will be key during each exercise, especially the Squats and Romanian Deadlifts.   • 6 exercises
  • 3 sets
  • 10reps per exercise
  • TEMPO: 2-2-4 (Last Three)
  • Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Leg Workout(0:40)- Deep Squats

(1:54)- Front Squats

Leg Workout(3:06)- Romanian Deadlifts

(4:21)- Leg Extension (2-2-4)

Leg Workout(5:37)- Leg Curl (2-2-4)

(6:48)- Standing Calf Raise (2-2-4)

This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout at the GYM.

This Routine Requires:

  1. Squat Rack
  2. Barbell
  3. Leg Extension Machine
  4. Leg Curl Machine
  5. Smith Machine or Calf Press
  6. Box or Plates to stand on

List of Exercises:

  1. Deep Squats
  2. Front Squats
  3. Romanian Deadlifts
  4. Leg Extension (2-2-4)
  5. Leg Curl (2-2-4)
  6. Standing Calf Raise (2-2-4)

NOTE: Timestamps are available for each exercise in the info section of the video when
watching on YouTube.

  • Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
  • You can change the order of the exercises

Remember, when doing this routine, workout at your OWN intensity.

  • This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many as you can.
  • This routine can be done 1-2 times a week
