		<description><![CDATA[Great article, but on the point of having as much 40% of your daily calories from olive oil is a bit excessive. I have this argument weekly at the firehouse as I see guys use too much olive oil all the time, thinking it is heart healthy. I can see the benefits of olive oil if you were using a &quot;worse&quot; fat such as butter or lard in the first place, but to increase your fat calories that weren&#039;t there in the first place isn&#039;t healthy at all.
