Having a bean salad is a great way of keeping salad time interesting and fun. It’s a very nutritious meal that is high in protein, so it’ll keep you fuller longer, while still giving you all the nutrients you’ll need from a meal. Also, it doubles as delicious and colorful side dish. This is a very easy to follow recipe, all you need to is mix everything up and chill overnight. Here is our Three bean Salad Recipe, Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 6 oz. Black Beans
- 6 oz. Black Eyed-Peas
- 6 oz. Garbanzo Beans
- ½ c Chopped Red Onion
- ¼ c Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tsp. Fresh Garlic
- ½ tsp. Salt
- Juice of 1 Lime
