Having a bean salad is a great way of keeping salad time interesting and fun. It’s a very nutritious meal that is high in protein, so it’ll keep you fuller longer, while still giving you all the nutrients you’ll need from a meal. Also, it doubles as delicious and colorful side dish. This is a very easy to follow recipe, all you need to is mix everything up and chill overnight. Here is our Three bean Salad Recipe, Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 6 oz. Black Beans
  • 6 oz. Black Eyed-Peas
  • 6 oz. Garbanzo Beans
  • ½ c Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ c Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Garlic
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Ingredients.

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix in all the ingredients.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Plate and serve.
