Wikipad Features

On September 25th, 2012 GamerFitNation was invited to check out the brand new WikiPad. Powered by Android the WikiPad features the new PlayStaion Mobile. This tablet is to be the world’s first gaming and enterprise tablet. Right away you notice how wide it is in comparison to the Ipad 3. It’s about an inch longer than the Ipad and feels 3 times lighter in weight. To be more specific it’s 8.6mm thin and 560 grams in weight. The Wikipad features a detachable game pad controller that will be very comfortable to the hands of an average gamer. It’s also powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core driving Jelly Bean 4.1. Most importantly the Wikipad features Gaikai, which is going to be the new PlayStation cloud platform. Allowing you to play the all the top PlayStation Games through stream via PlayStation Mobile.

On a personally note I believe this is a smart play by sony that gives great possibilities to the upcoming Playstation 4. Wikipad isn’t some add-on trying to pick and choose key features in gaming. It’s a Tablet that greatly trying to be better then any other tablet in the market, but built with gaming on the forefront. Take note that it also has a stunning 2 mp camera in the front and 8 mp camera in the back.
