4 Exercises for the holiday Season

Jasmine Graham, founder of NYC’s premier training team Pace for Success, meets with Gamer Fit Nation’s DaDean to give you four great exercises for the holiday season.

  1. Push Ups
  2. Body Weight Squats
  3. Burpees
  4. Sit Ups

These exercises should be done at a fast pace until you cannot go any longer.  Mix them up to keep things fresh!  First stuff your face, then get to work!  Don’t just be fit, BE GAMER FIT!
