Most video gamers can agree that gaming can be an energy drainer. Gamers tend to stay up playing video games all night and become exhausted from it. Instead of going for energy or caffeinated drinks to stay up, which can be unhealthy and may lead you to crash, consume almonds for an energy boost with just a small serving. A handful of almonds contains approximately 92 calories, which consists of healthy fats (monounsaturated), vitamins (B and E), and minerals (magnesium and potassium). Keep your energy levels up by consuming these nutrition-filled calories throughout your day.

2. Walnuts – The Heart Container

Video gaming can be stressful for some people and their hearts. If you’re on a losing streak, do you tend to become hypertensive or stressed? If so, walnuts can be very beneficial to you.
